After a long career, starting as an administrative assistant, I ended up in the IT industry. Over the years, I have held various IT positions, ranging from assembler, PC administrator, system administrator to data center engineer. Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my previous employer when they ceased operations. At my age, I hoped to still find a job that matched my experience and passion. Fortunately, ServerDirect offered me that opportunity. It is a joyous chance to be able to fulfill my favorite role within this company, as a server assembler and also guiding interns. I appreciate the trust that ServerDirect has in me and the space they provide to work both independently and as part of a team, while receiving the necessary guidance when needed. As a member of a young and dynamic team, I am enjoying myself immensely at ServerDirect and am confident that I can finish my career here.

In 2017, I started my journey at ServerDirect and proudly completed my training as an all-round ICT support & devices. My career began as a junior assembler of servers, but thanks to my dedication and the opportunities ServerDirect offers, I am now team lead of the RMA department. The personal guidance I have received has helped me tremendously in my development, and I still appreciate it when I need guidance, which has now made me an advanced IT technical specialist.
In addition to my education, I am also self-taught in IT technologies, which offers me many opportunities within the IT sector. Keeping up with innovations and developments in IT is also something I passionately delve into and engage with. The ability to think solution-oriented and build strong customer relationships are essential skills in my role, as each customer has unique problems and needs support.
At ServerDirect, there is a culture of freedom and growth, which has encouraged me to further develop my skills. Along the way, I became interested in pre-sales activities, and I am happy that ServerDirect gives me the opportunity to grow in this direction. I greatly enjoy my work at ServerDirect, where team building and personal attention are central. I hope to fill a new role with more commercial activities in the future. It was actually thanks to a good friend who already worked at ServerDirect and was very enthusiastic about the company that my career began at ServerDirect as an intern in 2020. After that, I successfully completed my education. During my internship, I learned incredibly much. The most beautiful thing was to see how something was built from scratch, knowing that it would ultimately serve a specific purpose for end customers in various sectors, such as healthcare, security, cloud storage, AI, and more. It was truly eye-opening to realize how much impact this work actually has on daily life, something I hadn't realized before. When I heard that ServerDirect offered me a job after my internship, I was genuinely thrilled. The field in which I work is extremely dynamic and challenging. Every day is different, and the world of technology is digitizing rapidly, with servers playing an essential role. As a server assembly specialist, I now have a deep understanding of various server infrastructures. In the future, I would like to delve deeper into the sales side, supporting with quotations, and finding server solutions that perfectly match the needs of customers, and then assembling them as I have learned. One thing is for sure: in this field, you never stop learning. I'm really looking forward to new developments, especially in the field of AI technology, which is already being used to significantly simplify our lives. As an addition, I highly encourage working at ServerDirect, both as an intern or trainee, to gain valuable experience and become a specialist in this dynamic field. I strongly believe that the customer will ultimately reap the benefits, given that our team at ServerDirect consists of dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented professionals.

As a former intern at ServerDirect, I have progressed to become an account manager and proud to be working as one of the top sellers in the sales team. My journey began after completing my junior account manager training, where I greatly benefited from the personal guidance I received. At ServerDirect, there is a culture of freedom and development, which has helped me to develop myself. The work environment is inspiring and motivating, so I look forward to going to work every day. During my time here, I have learned a lot and continue to develop constantly, especially because the IT sector evolves rapidly, and I constantly need to think solution-oriented to offer tailor-made servers to our customers, each with unique needs. Thanks to the sales training I have received, I have enhanced my communication skills, learned to negotiate effectively, and increased my self-confidence. I have also expanded my network and am able to devise and implement effective sales strategies. I am incredibly grateful for the past 8 years at ServerDirect and look forward to many more years of working here.
